Yesterday was my first time coming here and when I say everything exceeded my expectations! The salmon rolls ? babyyyy they were the best! I was going to go back today for more but they’re closed, so I’ll be back Sunday! The food was made with love and care and you can tell! That’s so hard to find in Philly nowadays. The crab cakes were delicious too! The service was amazing as well. I was in the car eating and the chef still checked to see if I enjoyed the food. 10/10 recommend. I hope she takes over the city with her food because it’s definitely needed. Thank you for adding this gem to the city?

We went to 721 yesterday at 3:55, the place opened at 3pm. Lets just say there was not host to seat us. There were only two people in the restaurant. But we never saw anyone that worked there. At 4:10 we decided to leave because there wasn't anyone to seat us or ask us what we wanted to order. Service was terrible because it really didn't exist. This restaurant needs to change its hours to accommodate the guests so that they aren't waiting forever to be served.

My boyfriend and I have visited 721 by DSC three times since it opened. During our most recent visit, we ordered cheesesteak egg rolls, chicken cheesesteak egg rolls, and a platter with "honey glazed" salmon, mashed potatoes, and cabbage. Unfortunately, the food quality has been inconsistent across our visits. Both types of egg rolls were extremely dry and the accompanying sauce was missing from the bag. The salmon portion was very small and lacked flavor, the mashed potatoes were satisfactory, and the cabbage was cold and bland.
The service was adequate, considering there was only one person working.
The atmosphere is small but charming. We hope for more consistency in the food quality, as it has varied with each visit.

Wanted to try something new, ordered with Door-dash food was horrible for one they forgot my wings and fries didn’t answer the phone stereotypical. The chicken cheesesteak egg rolls were bland no seasoning, chicken fingers taste like they were fried in dirty grease. Never again!!!

We went to 721 to avoid loud music and hookah smoke from other brunch restaurants. Decor was nice. Same colors as my decor so I loved that. There was no one to greet us at the door even though a staff member saw us come in no one came out right away. Our waitress was nice but quiet spoken and didn’t know what the drinks were. She also wasn’t attentive during our meal. The chicken cheesesteak and crab/spinach egg rolls were delicious. The sweet potatoes were too sweet, the Mac and cheese was good but dry, the greens needed for seasoning and I didn’t like the garlic Parmesan sauce in the wings. I was disappointed but paid $50 including tip.I will come back another time and try something different. As a Black Business owner myself I believe in second chances.Btw I loved the dishes and gold silverware
The Food was delicious! I had the Rasta Pasta with shrimp and I did the Cheesestake Egg Rolls to go and I will be going back/and or order some more. They were the best I've tasted. The Sauce that goes with it is tasty also. I will have to go back for the Brunch. Service was Great! Young lady -don't know her name she was very pleasant. The Atmosphere was nice and Peaceful! Will be going back!
