My husband placed an order for Lamb chop Alfredo online for pick-up. When he arrived at the time it said it would be ready he waited an additional 30mins just for staff to finally notify him that they did not have it on the menu today although it gave him the option to order it. This was a great inconvenience.

I just paid $50 for 2 jerk chicken cheesesteaks and they can’t even be eaten!!! The bread is hard, the steak fell apart. This is a hot mess. King Cafe count your days🤬

Customer Service/Waitresses were absolutely terrible. Our first server had a bad attitude and was rude the whole night. I couldn’t even ask for a to-go box for my food because she kept blatantly ignoring us. The 2nd server was nice but it took forever to get service and took a while for her to check on the table. As I was about to head out to get a beverage from the store next door she finally came back to the table. The food was the only thing good, and the crowd was a vibe, but my first experience here was just straight up bad. This place is nice and has potential but I’m never coming back or recommending this place to anybody.
They need to hire more people, do some customer service trainings, serving trainings etc. the staff really be the downfall of a lot of these businesses. If the owner cares he/she would do some adjusting.

Came to see my daughter perform. Security in place. $8 for a can of cut water. Didn't get any food but the wings looked good.

Lock ya cards they will double charge. That’s corny you work hard for ya money and the light skin girl only one doing food … I paid and you still takin money out ma account… I’m a regular there always have a good time… that’s over. Then you try to call and talk to someone no answer.
The service here was the worse. Had to wait over 45mkns for fish at a fish fry and it was dry and came tih only fries. Save your money and time.
