I love this restaurant. The food is delicious, the service is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. We had the fried oyster mushrooms which are always my favorite appetizer. The lancaster carrot appetizer is consistently great. The sunchoke tortellinis were a delicious surprise with crunchy bits of hazelnut and acid from grapefruit. We had for entrees the duck and cod which were both incredible. The dessert was a hazelnut cream and blood orange filled italian donut...
We sat at Chef's counter which we enjoyed. It's a bit hectic so don't sit there is you're looking for a quiet evening. Cod was wonderful. Sausage not your typical densely packed sweet pork but more rustic.
Perfect for Lundh, brunch and dinner. The gougeres are NOT TO BE MISSED! Best cheeseburger in town. The menu is just sufficiently offbeat for the most discriminating dinner and has plenty of down to earth selections to satisfy everyone. A real gem in Ellen Yin's collection.
