The best! So good they recommend other Jamaican businesses with no worry. Have come again and again and have not been disappointed

Would give more stars if allowed - this food is insanely good! The meat falls off the bone and is just perfection. The chef Damian is from Jamaica and creates menus from Jamaican culture and uses his background in Italian cuisine (he also has experience with French and Thai food) for fusion like this Alfredo dish. All three plates here were absolutely delicious we had to come back the next day for some more jerk sauce and to try the wings. Extra sauce is a must! So so good. He makes the food with so much care yet is so fast! Also if you want to feel inspired just talk to him for a few minutes you won't regret it.

The food here is SO GOOD!!! The portions are insane for the price but the quality is still there. I really recommend the oxtail. The best part is that you can tell that the owner really cares about what he does and that makes this place even better!

Excellent food for the price. There's always a long line of people, which makes it quality food if people keep going back.Kid-friendliness: My son has milk allergy and I was able to get the Caribbean J*** rice lettuce tomato and the side dish of beans and something else and it was like under $25 and we got Mexican soda and a dessert we shared the Mexican soda but he couldn't have the dessert cuz it wasn't dairy free the whole family was able to share the largest dish so it was enough for the whole family

i loveeeeee Jamaican food my favorite is curry chicken with extra gravy and peppers on the side and I am from New Jersey and our Jamaican spot close down so I wanted to try a new spot here in Philly by my husband's work and they did not disappoint lol I was craving curry chicken for weeks and finally looked up a place ordered my food via phone and she was really nice on the phone I ended up getting lost on my way there and she helps navigate her location into a way that I could find it and when I got my food the food was excellent the rice was cooked perfectly she had put Gravy all over my rice the chicken was moist and falling off the bone everything was like I asked it to be it was so good my kids even loved it and they don't ever eat spicy food and my super picky four-year-old ate almost all of the rice I will definitely be coming back here again.side note i never write reviews but it was so good i had to let everyone know <3-AliciaKid-friendliness: my kids really enjoyed it. heres there comments. they are 4 an 7talk to text:"Amazing, very good rice, chicken rice was like really important so good!"

This place has went down DO NOT GO!!!! Overnight food that smells spoiled had to give it back good thing I checked it before I walked off. Most places show you you're food first. She rushed to close the bag. They jacked up the prices the rice was hard and not cooked. I don't believe I received chicken my second try and was so hard to chew it must have been a rooster or hen. Mind you I tried this place three times. They need to do better. Save yourself the time and just look at any spot but this.

Most definitely a hole in the wall. You can see directly into the kitchen over the counter. You can also hear the conversation being had between the workers. Which is interesting and hilarious all-in-one. I ordered the j*** chicken plate which came with rice and peas, of course the j*** chicken, cabbage and plantains. 3 out of five is the appropriate rating for this particular dish. Although the rice and peas were good. I honestly think I could count how many peas were in the entire plate on both hands. I'm not a big fan of boiled / steamed cabbage, but this one was actually pretty good had a nice little flavor to it. The chicken was flavorful and had a nice smoke flavor and the j*** sauce made it even better. Customer service was pretty good and the price was decent. I paid $12.60 for this plate.

Ordered stewed chicken which I grew up eating and have ordered other places. No gravy or very little on rice. Was thoroughly disappointed. The place in Yeadons food is much better.

My husband and I was so eager to try this place out hsince it has good reviews, however, we were so disappointed with the quality of the food. We ordered rice and peas and oxtails. The rice was hard not fully cooked and the oxtail was tough as well and it did not taste fresh
