“I got food from Al-Sham and was truly impressed by both the quality of the food and the exceptional customer service. The food was prepared with great care—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Even as a takeaway order, everything was packaged neatly, arrived hot, and tasted like it had just come out of the kitchen. The attention to detail in both taste and presentation really shows the pride Al-Sham takes in their food.also i was looking for full case of coke thy was trying to help me out with that too…
What stood out even more was their outstanding customer service. The staff were polite, respectful, and extremely professional. They handled my order quickly, communicated clearly, and made the experience smooth and pleasant from start to finish. It is rare to find a place that excels equally in both food and service, but Al-Sham truly delivers. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be returning for more-highly recommended

My issue isn’t with the food itself but with the service. This was my second time ordering here. The first experience was great — the person who took my order was patient, attentive, and made sure everything was correct.

This time, though, the service was completely different. The person on the phone rushed me through my order, barely listened, and even when I called back to confirm, it still felt like they couldn’t wait to hang up. As a result, my entire order was wrong. They even decided on their own to send brown rice, which I never asked for and don’t eat.

It’s frustrating because the food here is genuinely good, but the service really took away from the experience. I’ll order again, but I’m honestly nervous it’ll be the same issue all over again.

I grew up on homemade Middle Eastern food made daily by my parents, so I’m very picky when it comes to authenticity. I’ve tried a few places that just didn’t hit the mark—but AL SHAM in Chalfont is a straight 10/10!! They serve real Arabic bread (pita)—not tortillas disguised as pita like you find at other places—and their homemade Lebanese toum (garlic aioli) is the real deal. One bite of their falafel wrap instantly transported me to a boardwalk in Lebanon, overlooking the Mediterranean—complete with fresh bread, Lebanese pickles, and those perfect pickled turnips. The meat is 100% Halal and you can taste the quality. Flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. **This is the kind of spot you want to support. We’ll be back again and again—do yourself a favor and try them ASAP**

Great food, open late, lots of options. Try the salmon wrap and the mango lassi!
