We are from out of town. Earlier this week, my friend and I met a group who was also from out of town. They ordered over 100 dollars worth of food. The website said that they were supposed to get garlic knots with their order. When they got the order, they did not receive the garlic knots. Upon calling, one member was told that they should have asked for them While I wasn’t the one who placed the order, I felt it was important to point out this oversight as it was a disappointing experience for those who were counting on it.
Mistakes happen, of course, but attention to detail makes a big difference. I hope the restaurant can work on ensuring all promised items are included in the future. It would go a long way toward maintaining customer trust."

This is a very solid slice shop. They deal high volume crowds at times. But they still are quality food. Definitely worth checking out after a night out or a quick lunch

It was my first time eating a cheesesteak and I just didn't like the one served in this restaurant. Maybe I don't know, but it tasted strange and was made of ground meat. Besides, it was very cold in the restaurant. Only the pizza was quite good.

Waiting over 30 minutes just to find out my ordered wasn’t accepted through DoorDash.

We tasted the Philly cheesesteak, a Philadelphia specialty. I think there was too much cheese but it must be the way it is prepared. Otherwise it was good. The server was great.

I'm extremely disappointed in the dining experience here. This place has been recommended to us as one of the best cheesesteaks in Philly. We came in and were seated by someone who doesn't seem to have been an employee of the establishment. Our order was taken more than 50 minutes after we arrived, with the server coming back to repeat the order multiple times. Drinks took another 40 minutes to arrive (and I do wish I was exaggerating). Most of our food arrived fifteen minutes later. A stromboli one of our party ordered never arrived. Two cheesesteaks arrived with no peppers or onions, and were notably bland. We ordered "pizza fries", pictured below, which we were told would come with pizza toppings like sausage. I'll let you be the judge. Wings were not bad but were served cold. It's impossible to overstate how little contact we had with our server throughout the night over more than two hours, and that every interaction we had was negative. We asked for a check which we never received. After paying cash and departing, we were pursued, once again by a person I do not believe was an employee. If only the initiative to pursue us had been shown throughout the night, I have no doubt that the experience would have been better. I see other positive reviews and I am happy that others have enjoyed their experiences.

Pizza was DELICIOUS. You can buy by the slice, which I recommend 1 piece to start out because it was filling!

I ordered a plain cheesesteak with provolone. All you could taste were bell peppers! I had them remake the sandwich, and the new sandwich tasted like bell peppers as well! I had to spit out the first bite of each sandwich.

I ordered for the first time tonight. I couldn’t believe how fast the delivery was and everything was nice and hot! Tomato pie was delish as was the chicken penne vodka. I will definitely be ordering again

Tasty and atmospheric. A cheesesteak included is a little over $18. A place worth recommending.
