This restaurant has been my go to since I was a teen in the 90’s. There’s never been a time that wasn’t amazing. The back room is the best. 10000000000 out of 10! To me this place tastes like happiness and great memories! Thanks for holding it down all these years!
My husband and I went today for lunch!! It was very good. The hummus was amazing. I had the chicken shawarma sandwich and it was very fulfilling. The dessert was great too! I will be back
We have been coming to Alyan’s restaurant for close to 20 years and I can say that this is one of the main reasons that I still come to South street. I love the food, the warm hospitality and ambiance of the back seating area! My favorite meal is the kefta kabab sandwich or platter and of course the Alyan’s fries with “extra grilled onions “ for me please ?. I am so happy that this restaurant remains a South St. staple; I will be lost if they ever think of leaving us!!!
