Airport lounges are about escaping the hustle and bustle while enjoying the amenities that you earned and this lounge delivered. Check in was easy and I was able to get a reservation code online as a way to get in line if needed. When I got in I secured a spot near the window with charging ports where I recharged and enjoyed the large selection of food and drinks. They even had ice cream! I highly recommend stopping by while you wait to travel. They even have a shuttle nearby...
Seems like they’re trying to hype up the business by making people wait and when you get in, there is plenty of available seating. Even when it is busy, there are now also reserved seating for even more exclusive card members. They ride a fine line of making Platinum card holders feel elite and basic at the same time.
First visit (May 14) Very rude customer service at check in.
Second visit: The cheerful lesbian made me average my original 1/5 score with a perfect 5/5, earning this lounge a 3/5. Food could be better tho :(
