I ordered from with high hopes, bc of the reviews but unfortunately I had a terrible experience. The pizza was delivered through DoorDash, and the driver arrived on a bicycle — my pizza was completely slid and smashed by the time it got to me.
While I understand this might not be entirely the restaurant’s fault, you are responsible for choosing the right delivery partners. If you’re going to rely on third-party services, you should make sure they’re capable of delivering food efficiently and in good condition.
Spending my money on a mangled pizza is not OK. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when your brand name sets a high expectation. Do better — either vet your drivers or rethink using DoorDash altogether.
