After reading all of the reviews I was expecting this place to be top teir. I tried (3) of the pastelillos (chicken, beef Bbq pork) and found all of them to be very basic, nothing extraordinary! I've had way better pastelillos at corner stores than these. It's definitely more of what I would consider a "gringo" pastelillo spot. I did like the dough that was used for the pastelillos and that is why I gave 3 stars.

My first time grabbing grub with my friend Izzy aka Vegas. I got a bowl and a platter and I wasn't disappointed. Some of the old school style and some new style pastelios that you won't want to miss. This is tribalkage from Instagram
Telling you I'll be back. The Puerto Rican food to make you miss mama's cooking.
Thank you again.

I was in the neighborhood today and had read good things so this spot was on my list. I always love to support businesses that offer vegan options. They did not disappoint. Fast, courteous service and fresh, delicious food. I will definitely be back to Amy’s again!

Amy and the team are great. Excellent food, better than the pastelillos I've eaten in Puerto Rico :) The barbecue is solid!

Chicken pastelillos are so good, juicy, well seasoned, crispy shell. Coconut ranch is very different but I guess dairy free wasn't for me but maybe for someone- also homemade. Customer service felt very welcoming and the atmosphere felt genuine. Very recommended, give it a try. Would recommend to get a combo.

I have loved Amy’s when she was a pop-up, her catering and now her restaurant on Memphis. Her food is delicious and she offers a great variety. It is definitely a neighborhood gem. But it isn’t just the food that is outstanding, Amy is a wonderful human and her team is great!
It’s true I sometimes crave her pastelillos when she isn't open, but I respect and appreciate her hours as a working mom.
This is an incredible business and person to support!

Made a 30 min drive to get some Pastelillos from Amy’s and they were perfection. Ordered the Pulled Pork and Guava, Chicken, Chorizo and Potato and they were all fantastic! New addiction. Will be there as often as my pockets allow it.

I’ve had Pastelillos in Santurce PR, this is not even close to an authentic Pastelillos.

Hours of operation are pretty stupid
First had Amy’s during the Christmas Village and were instantly hooked. We visited her there a few times and talking to her further learned she was planning to open a shop. Once the shop opened we couldn’t wait to visit and it didn’t disappoint. Everything is delicious, you cavy go wrong. We keep a bottle of her homemade hot sauce in the fridge.
