Idk why it’s so hard to find fresh crabs in Philly this decade. Had to crack them open to make sure but yuppp, think this place about to be my new go to spot for blue crabs. Pic without all the sauce so you can see the color inside. Keep up the good work :)
I gave a 3 star because they crabs were very good i used to go here for the jumbo crab cakes they are very small now and they don't use lump crabmeat anymore they use claw meat the shrimp and scallops,& French fries were good the Special Sauce it's not what it used to be is very watered down and has a Tangy taste my friend brought the pasta linguine with mussels it was horrible first of all they gave a bucket of spaghetti noodles instead of linguine noodles with...
I found this spot while exploring the historic South 9th Street Italian Market — what a great find! They offer a broad menu of raw, fresh seafood, along with a smaller selection of cooked lunch and dinner options. I went with the broiled crab cake sandwich and was pretty happy with it — fresh, flavorful, and a great value. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
