I used to come here all the time but they definitely fell off… pissed cause I really had a taste for cabbage and got it went home and it was old I knew because it smelled funny!!! I stopped going cause I seen a video of rats walking around but thought maybe they handled it by then…. But now you giving people old food I will never eat here again!!! Y’all lost a loyal customer!!!!
The atmosphere of this place is trash and the guy that takes the orders is rude. He doesn’t even make eye contact when talking to you. The prices online are different when actually go pick up your food. So be sure to verify

I will say the food was delicious but the atmosphere was just outrageous!..spider webs everywhere, dirty tables, bugs everywhere, floor was dirty, walls looked like someone smeared crap on them and horrible customer service! Originally I tried calling in to order and the guy kept hanging up on me, I then tried placing the order online (doordash) and it went through so when i went to go pick it up the guy at the front said he doesnt do doordash and hasn't done it in 2 years...?? so i had to reorder and waited for 30 mins then had to contact doordash to refund my money, such an inconvenience. I asked if I was able to pay with card and he only was accepting payments via cashapp and charged me an extra $3 since their card machine wasn't working. I had asked for a menu and he said they were out. The food was really good but I will not be eating here again, the health department needs to raid that place honestly..

The team is just trying to sell old food. customer received a week old food. When Customers complained to the owner, the owner tries bullying customers. Even try to justify the wrong. Owner doesn’t want to lose money. Its a shame he has a 4.1 rating when day sell old food and mess orders up

So I’ve always heard great things abt this place and was excited to try , I usually go to Emma’s and I learn that Angie was the start of a lot of African restaurants including Emma which was sad because my 1st tom the place was pretty unkept and the guy was rude and didn’t know anything their wasn’t a menu either I wouldn’t ever step foot in this place again terrible!
