They deliberately sell old/rotten fish. I purchased whiting from them, got home to cook and the smell was horrible. I went back about 20 minutes later and instead of trying to correct the issue they wanted to argue and say that i didn’t get the fish from them. I paid with cash and didn’t get a receipt which is my fault but i figured i was just there… it shouldn’t be a problem. Well sadly it was. The women at the register who bagged my items looked at me a said she doesn’t remember me (i was just there). I took the loss of my money and i left the rotting fish in the store. They probably just put it back in the refrigerated display and sold it to someone else.

I used to LOVE Annie’s but the food has went down SIGNIFICANTLY since it’s been under new ownership/management. Their fish cakes were my favorite. When I had some recently, they were kinda burnt. However the coleslaw was pretty good.

I’ve been going to Annies for the last 15 years is the third owner that I’ve been through by far. He is the worst. This is my second trip there second time highly disappointed I weigh 25 minutes to order. when I finally ordered the food far from what he used to be undercooked fries half fish was crispy. The other half was white soft it takes a lot for me to come back and leave a review, but they need to get some help. Get along
