Location, location, location. That makes Anthony's. Coffee is good but many lattes, cappuccinos, etc. can be inconsistent.

Unfortunately I don't think they know what a cappuccino is or a cortado or I guess anything else :/

The shakerato was super smooth and had a creamy mouthfeel - delicious!

The cannolis were also great and they did not skimp on the flavor or filling. The shell was perfect.

The Gavone breakfast was tasty but I do wish the croissant was a bit more crispy. The ingredients went well together.

Overall, everything was excellent!

This place is amazing! Best chocolate and candy in the city. Perfect gifts for Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and Anniversaries. It also has great coffee! I love their iced coffee, they give me the perfect amount of ice/coffee ratio.

Stumbled upon this hidden gem!!! I tried the Nutella hot chocolate and it’s the BEST!!! Accompanied by the chocolate croissants - TO DIE FOR. The customer service is top notch, such friendly people.

I ordered a Tuna Panini with roasted peppers, onions & provolone cheese today at Anthony’s Coffee House on South 9th Street. Roasted peppers were falling out, onions too large & falling out too. Provolone cheese had no flavor & the tuna had too many big chunks. The whole sandwich was not put together right. What a waste. I used to admire this place. Something has definitely changed either with the workers or management. This is why I cook at home!!!☹️

I love the coffee! The aroma of the coffee beans reminds me of coffee I usually have in Thailand.

I had been having a terrible day, but when i walked into this store, I immediatly felt welcomed by the staff. Even though it was New Years Eve, all the employees were so kind to me, even when I had numerous questions about the menu. These two young women at the couter were especially accommodating, and were obviously working hard to provide the best possible experience, even in to me in my foul mood. All in all, my experience at Anthonys Itallian Coffee house was extremely welcoming and memorable, and I will tell all my friends and colleagues about the high quality service, coffee, and atmosphere.

I recently bought a gift basket and had it sent to my son’s in-laws. They loved it. It arrived on time and great price.

I have a strong suspicion that Anthony's business has changed hands. Every winter, my wife and I would patronize Anthony's for their delicious breakfast and chocolate. However, today's experience was vastly different from what we've grown accustomed to, leaving us thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed.

The customer service has deteriorated significantly. Previously, we were attended to by professional adults who provided excellent service. Now, the establishment seems to be staffed by inexperienced young individuals with an unpleasant attitude.

The food quality has also taken a turn for the worse. For instance, the eggs taste overly processed, and their shape suggests they're cooked in a mold rather than on the grill. The sandwiches no longer come with sufficient bacon, and the chocolate-filled bread lacks adequate chocolate filling. Furthermore, they've replaced Heinz ketchup with the cheaper French's alternative.

Honestly, we no longer believe it's worth returning to this establishment, which is unfortunate, given it was our favorite. I also suspect that the business may have been acquired by new ownership, unfortunately, this often results in a decline in product quality.

It raises questions as to why changes were necessary in the first place, considering the product was excellent and the food was rich. Was it not sufficient replacing the previous staff with younger individuals and pay them lower wages?

We enjoy their lobster pastry and cannoli, especially with a cup of coffee.
