Tuna hoagie with Cooper sharp cheese.

I LOVE THIS PLACE.. literally crave the hard seeded roll fresh cut meat and always fresh garden. But in the last 5 years it has changed so much. I know things change but they shouldn't change this much.... Use to get so much meat you could take it off and make a whole an other sandwich ... The pasta salad did not look or taste like this .... And the prices were not as high! I called and got nothing but the busy signal which is expected for Friday lunch. So I placed my order online and it was a nightmare first you can't customize anything weather your taking something off or putting it on very difficult threw the door dash pick up. Ended up ordering and extra hoagie so I tried to call and explain the mistake and they were very helpful with explaining there's not much they can do "have to call support" ok I'll take the extra because it's so good I can have it for lunch tomorrow. Have. A friend picked it up and it's the wrong order who knew 2 Michelles in one lunch rush. Call back they say they can deliver it in an 30 mins... Fine 👌. But when it comes no napkins no cheese no love pasta salad is not what it was to my memory.... Really do love this place and just want them to tighten up. When ordering online give better options make sure whoever is running take outs and pick up is capable and keep doing a great job serving the best

This place has really gone down hill! Ordered the crispy tomato and it was bad. One piece of turkey, way too much overcooked bacon, no flavor. Ordered it on seeded roll and it came on a plain roll. Not worth it.

$15 for a Salad with the smallest scoop of tuna I have ever seen in my life. I basically paid $15 for lettuce. So dumb.

quality has gone down and prices up, i don’t mind paying more but do mind receiving less.
ordered an old fashioned italian hoagie and recueved very little meat, felt like i was eating only bread and that wouldn’t have been so bad if it weren’t stale!

First time for me. So, usually go somewhere else in the neighborhood but my son (who got the veggie hoagie) has been here before and encouraged me to give it a try. Went onto their website and saw what I thought was their Chicken Italiano, asked for it with balsamic glaze. We ordered the veggie hoagie as well. When I got home and opened the sandwich, I was surprised to see totally different ingredients. This sandwich came warm with breaded chicken cutlets, broccoli rabe, and a sharp provolone shred. A sandwich I would have NEVER have ordered on purpose. Well...that sandwich was amazing! To be honest, the chicken was juicy, (but not wet or greasy) the seeded italian bread was great, and the flavors of the sharp prov and b.r. were on point. I personally needed that counter balance of sweetness the balsamic provided. For me, that hoagie is a home run!
My son, (veggie hoagie) loved the thickness and flavor of his veggies (once again) his only request for next time (and yes, there will definitely be a next time) is to heat the sandwich so the softness of the bread matches the one I received and we love when the bread is cut all the way through to achieve maximum filling:)
Also, after actually reading the menu,
I realize the sandwich I actually wanted to try is the Caprese, with chicken cutlets, but, this was definitely a happy accident.
