“We had an amazing dining experience thanks to our server, Willie Walker! From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed or interrupted. The food came out exactly as we ordered, perfectly timed and beautifully presented.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine care—he checked in just the right amount, made thoughtful recommendations, and had a warm, professional attitude that elevated the whole experience. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work and makes guests feel so welcomed and valued.

“I dined in with my family on May 31st and our server was Dana. She was great! She was respectful, funny, and sweet. She joked around with my 8 year old and sang happy birthday with us for my 13 year old. Dana told us Applebees doesnt sing happy birthday but she will do it and we really appreciated that! We had to return food and she handled it respectfully as well! Thank you Dana!“

“My church ( about 40 of us) had an awesome time at the Andorra Applebee's. The manager Roosevelt (Rosie) and the servers were amazing. They were kind inviting attentive and patient. The food was hot fresh and delicious ! It was so refreshing to see customer service and quality still exists. We can't wait until our next visit.

“The cx service I experience was excellent. The young man was friendly and served us attentively. I got salmon dish with a fancy rice with a bit of broccoli. I enjoyed everything except for the broccoli which was really salty. I pointed that out to my waiter and he spare no time to empathize and apologize (but no replacement was offered). We all enjoyed our meals for the most part though. The atmosphere has a cosy vibe and really a pleasant chill spot to eat and vibe with fam or friends.“
“I've done a bunch of deliveries from here but haven't eaten anything from them. They always have the pick up ready to go without much waiting around which is always good. The people who work here are definitely sweet and helpful. I dropped a milkshake one time and they remade it for me no problem.. Thanks for that.“
