Applebee's Grill + Bar

Took our daughter here for her birthday dinner took an hour to get our food and they messed it up. Had to send back one meal because it wasn't cooked throughout. Than the manager was rude like she didn't even care. Waitress assumed that I didn't want my change back. Than we still had to wait because she decided to stop and hold conversations while waiting for other customers drinks. We will never go back to this location tired of the rudeness and this wasn't the first time but we won't do it again

Everytime I go here the service is amazing and the manager Stephen makes sure that our service and food is good. He also makes me feel welcomed.

Alicia was a visible manager and that's important to me because I'm a general manager and I like to be visible by my guest and Rainey was my server she was fast and remembered my order and we switched up a few times but this Apple Bees on Castor Avenue in the Plaza is wonderful me and my Husband have eaten here a few times .

Even while being on a wait list they still found really good sitting for me and allowing me to enjoy good tasting food for a great price thank you rainy for the excellent service you provided for me.

Parking: There’s more than 10 parking spots to the left and right of the building and on top of that in the front are 20 expanding towards the right making another 20 parking spots.

Kid-friendliness: They welcome kids here and even when the families don’t want to engage with their kid the servers sometimes love playing with the kids and bonding with the families

The server was great!! Her name was Kia she was wonderful everything was great she took really good care of us all

I'm not a local I ordered a meal for my daughter because she was at Children's Hospital they gave her the completely wrong meal when I called they said they were going to call me back and refund my money which they never did and my daughter ended up eating food from the vending machine how ignorant she's very restricted on her diet she ordered a chicken sandwich grills and they gave her a large order of honey barbecue wings which she couldn't eat and mind you I told the manager that we were at Children's Hospital

As a former restaurateur, I have to tell you that our server, Maya, & our manager, Alicia, were nothing short of EXCELLENT !!!!!! Courteous, attentive, pleasant, everything !!!!
Whatever Applebee's is paying these girls, it surely isn't enough....

It was not bad for what it is. It’s Applebees good for a quick bite. Makes my toddler super happy lol.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly it’s my sons favorite restaurant. They have all the favorite toddler foods.
