I sat down at the table put my hand ✋️ on the seat and got a horrible surprise ? . Some sticky stuff got on my hand. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands ✋️ ?. Even after that I can't get rid of the sticky hand feeling.

*** edit...new visit***It's gotten worse but at least the food was hot.We were being forced to squeeze in a small table because of the wait staff rotation...so not for my family size and comfort...for wait staff rotation. Because we refused we were giving the "eyes" by the hostess every time she walked by our new seating area. Feels very creepy.In the middle of us eating...we are being offered to go boxes ... either there's a time limit or me and my kids are no longer allowed because we refused to be crammed in. Even pointed out we were still eating and the waiter became a lil defensive....Very last visit hereFood was ok. Service was not that well. Waitress was so so...had to get the hostess to page her a few times for refills. One server, from another table, spilled a cup of ice o my friend. Never apologized. When called out on it her attitude was the PITTS....again no apology. Why complain when the hostess brushed it off and never got management. I promised her this review. WILL NEVER RETURN...bad service for mediocre food.
Never got to eat, the hostess sat us down, no one ever came to our table. It was 3pm on a Wednesday. 6 employees were sitting having some meeting in dining area, the hostess was sitting people ans wiping tables down. My husband walked over to get a highchair for our grandson and instead of management helping him they got an attitude because he had to pull the highchair hard from being stuck to other high chair. 15 minutes after still sitting and as we start to get up to leave the server comes and asks if everything was ok. we said yes and walked out. Ridiculous!

Manager Stephen came out with the A1 customer service after our server forgot to put a shot on the side as requested when ordered and instead of giving us solutions she gave us “well I can take it and tell them to make it again” ? - ma’am. You should have just said “that’s my fault , I’m so sorry let me bring you one right away”Stephen came out with the good vibes and great customer service to save the day.

Nat & Mel are some of the best in the business they made me feel right at home & they work hard, slinging drinks out non stop their vibe an atmosphere is the best I've experienced in a while, they both work hard doing what they do & work great together, i give them both 10 ⭐✨ & both thumbs up.
