I woke up still dreaming about the feast I had at Apricot Stone last night! My friends and I came here spontaneously and were very pleased with the food, so much so that almost every one of us was doing the happy dance when we took our first bites! We ordered some mezze to share such as the grape leaves, the manti, and the hummus. Wow were we off to a great start! The stuffed grape leaves were the first bite of the night that absolutely blew me away. They were soft, not bitter at all, and the rice inside was seasoned beautifully. I highly recommend you try them here! The manti was something we all tried for the first time and I wanted to eat that again and again. I wanted to swim in the broth that these beef dumplings were sitting in! I’m pretty sure we were all fighting over the last few servings of this dish and wanting to drink the liquid off our sharing plates unabashedly. The hummus was so smooth and velvety and delicious! Not a single bit was left on the spoon or plate in came in.For entree we all pretty much ordered the lamb kabob entree with rice pilaf and choice of sides. The lamb was juicy and flavorful and cooked beautifully. The rice was so flavorful I wanted to keep eating it! The muhamara was one of the sides i chose and tried for the first time and I’m obsessed with it - flavorful roasted red pepper dip with walnuts and molasses, it’s all blended as a type of dip and the pieces of walnuts make this dip feel almost meaty and deliciously satisfying. I also got the eggplant salad and the veggies were just cooked so beautifully, great balance of bite yet softness to the eggplant and seasoned well.My friends loved the tabouleh and babaganoush as their sides!I also had the Armenian coffee and baklava for dessert. The baklava was good - I wish there was a bit more nuts in between and some more syrup, but I tried a bite of my friends gatnabur (Armenian rice pudding with blossom water) and would really recommend getting that! Our server did not rush us at all even when we had a hard time deciding what to get, and even guided us through the menu and explained how it would be presented and what would be more shareable. We sat on the heated patio and it felt really magical.I definitely would come back again for a great night with even better food!

This was such a fun restaurant! The food’s incredible. The staff’s really sweet. We came with a group of 7 for a friend’s birthday, and it was such a good spot to celebrate. It’s not huge inside, so it feels more intimate. We loved it. Coming back soon!Parking: Get there early if you’re coming on a weekend- Northern Liberties in this area is typically packed, so give yourself time to find a spot!

Whole experience was average ar best. Food order was wrong, the chicken shawarma looked like boiled chicken breast, service was slow, hostess was bothered by our request to not be seated by the restrooms…. Wont be coming back any time soon, there are much better options for mediterranean food in the

Apricot Stone is a must dine experience! I went with one of my best friends who is a huge foodie and we did the two diner experience. The grape leaves were delicious, homemade hummus with pita bread, skewers and rice pilaf, oh and the dessert was had these dough flakes I've never had before it was so tasty! Oh and we love a BYOB too, the only tough part is finding parking but the service is fantastic and ambience is nice. We will be back again soon.

One of my favorite neighborhood BYOBs! They accept reservations via open table. The service is always great and I am never disappointed by their food. They do offer tasting menus which are a great deal!

For some great middle eastern North African Mediterranean food- not AS price hiked inflation as everywhere else and for a really great meal. Cute lil date place if you want to sit on the patio. They have it heated and enclosed in winter or just stay inside the restaurant walls itself too. I remember people used to say that the owners grandma or mom cooked or created the menu and oversaw everything. That was a long time ago. But the food since I remember going is still good quality bi enjoyed it very much. My Moroccan man was very content with the whole meal. Although some prices were pricier than it could have been but eh I wanted to explore the menu and we were hungry. I loved the desserts. Tried em all and took some home

This place is soooo good. My parents and I had chicken kebabs, rice pilaf, hummus, babaganoush, a lentil dish, rice pudding, and baklava. Everything was so flavorful. Portion size is excellent. Feels like a cozy family place. I will be back! Highly recommend!

Barev! Our daughter turned 13 today, and she wanted to go to an Armenian restaurant. We're from the beach, and we don't have any near us. So we found Apricot Stone and it was everything she hoped for. I cook Armenian food at home, but my children confirmed this food is way better than mine. We enjoyed all of the food. We ordered a lot off of the menu and ate family style. It was absolutely delicious, felt home cooked with love and we even have some left overs for tomorrow. Our waitress was also very nice and helpful! We will definitely make a point to come back!

Great valentines date night! When we arrives they had a red rose at our table which set a wonderful ambiance. We ordered the dinner for 2 and received generous portions of very delicious food for a fair price! Typically we have to choose between relatively affordable, delicious, and portion size. Not here, and as a bonus the food was quite healthy. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for Mediterranean/Armenian cuisine. Also, their Phylo is to die for.

It was our first time to dine with Apricot Stone and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The restaurant was clean and I liked the vibe and atmosphere. It has a very friendly and welcoming staff. The food was great and excellent. Every dish wash perfectly seasoned and very tasty. We had the tasting menu and it was the perfect suggestion from our host. I would come back again to dine with them again.

Pretty decent restaurant in the north of Philly with a BYOB option. The dips were very fresh and the lentil burger side is a must to try at Apricot stone. The salad was pretty meh but the falafel is a must try. The service was very prompt and the waiter's suggestions were pretty good. PS: Parking at this place is very difficult so please ensure that you have a booked spot before you drive here!
