Beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere however service was incredibly slow, food was super salty and my spicy margarita was the worst I’ve ever had. I expected better.

The atmosphere is nice but the cocktails have changed and they just aren’t as good. Food is just okay. Also, my friend and I paid $40 each for a hot chocolate with a shot of Baileys and hot chocolate wasn’t even good. For perspective- my husband and I took our 3 kids to Carette in Paris for the most amazing hot chocolate and desserts for $60.
Here’s a draft of your review:
I recently visited this restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday with a brunch, and while the food was amazing, our experience was severely impacted by poor service. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our table to be cleaned, and even though the restaurant wasn’t overly busy, the staff seemed understaffed. Ordering cocktails took forever, and when they finally arrived, they were inconsistent. I had to repeatedly flag down the waitress to check on our drinks and even follow up about our espresso.
What’s especially disappointing is that this level of service is completely uncharacteristic of the Ritz-Carlton, which is known for its high standards. I drove all the way from New Jersey for this experience, and it was not worth it. I would not return to this establishment, and I’m concerned that such subpar service was allowed to happen at a hotel of this caliber.

Stopped in for lunch and got a chicken caesar salad. The chicken was overdone so it was tough to chew, but the dressing had good flavor.
The churros were delicious, how can you go wrong with fried dough and sugar?!

Beautiful atmosphere. Our waitress Rachel was amazing...she was well versed in the menu and was very nice. She made sure to check on us and the hostess took our picture as we celebrating my fiancé birthday.
The "Boozy Tea" experience was indulgent, decadent and pampering. The service and presentation were stellar. It is a nice way to spend an afternoon. I hope to do it again soon.
Exceeded Expectations!! We attended the Boozy Tea and can't stop raving about everything. Our server, Liam, was incredible! We LOVED the artful beauty created for each pot of tea. The food was delicious (although our 1 vegan diner could not eat much). The DJ was great too.
Great experience coming here for dinner, everything was delicious and I’d definitely recommend coming here for a special occasion! Will definitely be back soon!

We, a party of 6, were in Philadelphia for my Father In Law's birthday. This was a very enjoyable experience. Great staff & ambiance. The food was decent but I wouldn't say outstanding. We ended up spending about $600 (yes, $600!) but it was for dad's 80th birthday.

Food was great. Did not appreciate how I paid over $300 for everything for employees to tell me I couldn’t take pictures wherever I wanted to in the restaurant. I was in no one’s way and they would not leave us alone which is why I would not go back.
[Avoid This Restaurant for Any Important Event – Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service]
Our company recently hosted a reception here with over 300 guests, and I must say the experience was utterly disappointing, primarily due to the unprofessionalism of the staff.
During the event, one of the servers dropped an entire tray of wine glasses, resulting in wine splashing on my clothes and shoes, causing damage that cannot be cleaned. Some guests even had glasses break inside their shoes. I chose not to make a scene during the event, so I approached a manager afterward to discuss the incident. Shockingly, the first response I received was, "How do you prove this was done by our server?" To which I replied, "Well, I have tens of witnesses…."
I was later given the contact information for Julie Pascarelli, who assured me that the cost of my damaged shoes would be reimbursed. However, after a week without any updates, I reached out to Julie again, only to discover that the check had been sent to the wrong address. Since then, I've made multiple attempts to follow up via email and phone, but have received no responses.
This experience reflects a pattern of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the staff, which unfortunately is validated by multiple reviews here.

We would go there more often because the food is excellent, but the service is inconsistent. Wait staff is always pleasant and accommodating, but on our last visit we had to wait 45 minutes between our first and second courses.
While I had great experiences here before, last night as I visited for dinner, myself and husband were asked for a card before hand to ensure we were able to take care of the dinner bill. This has never happened before and I believed it was inappropriate. It took me by surprise because I was never asked before prior to last night to preauthorized our bill before dining.
