They don't wear masks while handling food at the drive-thru. Irresponsible, dangerous behavior. There's still a mask mandate in the city. Wear your mask! The pandemic will end someday, but we need to be careful for now, for the sake of ourselves and our neighbors!
That new rib sandwich is not good! The meat was a bit rough and the girl at the drive thru window was quite rude.. that should've been my queue to leave but I was hungry... ugh
Haven't been inside since years now but as far as I'm aware their food still taste as good as I remember
Only the drive thru was open, which is fine. Also, the customer service was refreshingly good. (I'd had less than stellar service there in the past.)The roast beef is still very good, but the new (and hopefully very limited) boneless rib sandwich is the literal worst thing I've ever tasted from any Arby's. I had to pull the meat out and eat the rest (which tasted decent). DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THAT SANDWICH.I'm not going to severely "ding" the restaurant, but that sandwich made them lose a star.

The cornbeef was horrible , bread all soft and mushy . $7 crazy it should have been on the $1 menu. Arby's response was to go to the link below to answer some questions. Well the link below doesn't exist what a rip off this company is. They won't see me again.Update got the link to work, now what ,no one responded
Was in line for more than a half hour until a off duty person was leaving and told me that they have a leak. Wow! There were a good 15 cars behind me. If you are closed due to and emergency, please let your customers know. The manager didn't let anyone know of the problem. Not good customer service ? What a waste of time ?!
The cashier is Beautiful and I'll travel all the way from West Oak Lane to see her smile!!!
Ordered through DoorDash for me and my coworker. I only received half of my order. I told the dasher my order was incomplete she explained that if I accepted the half of order she will go back and take it up with Arbys come back with the other half the order.. that never happened. I called Arby’s and the cashier that took my order said she will ask her manager. The manager explained to the cashier she shouldn’t of picked up the phone. Then I can tell I was placed on hold and the cashier came back on the phone instead of the manager apologizing explaining that there’s nothing they can do I have to take up with DoorDash. So I say ok thank you and I proceed with DoorDash but I didn’t get the amount I paid for back which was unacceptable I got less then what the half of the order was. The whole purpose of leaving this review is for the next customer to have a better outcome. I not only lost my money, my hour lunch with no food at work, but my energy and time was wasted in this review.
Its drive though only they are always nice, food is always hot and fresh

Hopefully, once it can have customer inside, their service will improve. Only one drive-thru lane, but still ridiculously slow. Cashier looked miserable, never spoke one word nor smiled or nodded, just took money, put change in my hand, & slammed window; we assumed that meant our simplest of orders would arrive soon. Cashier opened window, said, "your fries will take 4 mins.", & slammed it shut again (no "sorry, but...", no "pls pull up to that white line & we'll bring it right out to you" - nah, let's make the 2 cars behind me wait even longer. Duh. We're finally handed our bag of food, & SLAM - u guessed it - rude as could be. Pulled over 2 miles away to do an errand, & amazingly found only ONE of the TWO fries we'd ordered & paid for.Worst managing of 1 drive-thru window I've ever seen. No wonder only 3 cars total at 1p.m. Shame!

Arby's classic roast beef sandwich was so good. The mozzarella stick were so big & lots of cheese.
Went through drive thru, took over 5mins for our order to be taking. When I got to the window the cashier was on her phone and took another 5mins just to get our food. The food was good, but the service and hospitality lacked
The buffalo chicken sandwich and curly fries were so delicious, I forgot to take a pic. My only complaint is that it's still not open for indoor dining. But the food is good.
