Only the drive thru was open, which is fine. Also, the customer service was refreshingly good. (I'd had less than stellar service there in the past.)The roast beef is still very good, but the new (and hopefully very limited) boneless rib sandwich is the literal worst thing I've ever tasted from any Arby's. I had to pull the meat out and eat the rest (which tasted decent). DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THAT SANDWICH.I'm not going to severely "ding"...

Hopefully, once it can have customer inside, their service will improve. Only one drive-thru lane, but still ridiculously slow. Cashier looked miserable, never spoke one word nor smiled or nodded, just took money, put change in my hand, & slammed window; we assumed that meant our simplest of orders would arrive soon. Cashier opened window, said, "your fries will take 4 mins.", & slammed it shut again (no "sorry, but...", no "pls pull up to that...
