Was in a drive through 3/12 at 11:45pm and got a message that the store is closed when there obviously workers inside. If store is open till midnight it means 12 not 11:30 and 30 minutes to clean and lock the doors. Management should definitely look into this.
P.S. Instead of explaining why store employees are leaving store early than scheduled hours I got a link from the owner to check store hours online on Arby's website. Well, your closing time is midnight indeed. Shame.

We were not addressed when we walked in. But we did receive our food timely and the temperature was perfect. Presentation of items was good. The restaurant dining area was very clean.
Order a chicken sandwich with fries from the drive-through, my sandwich was cold, my fries were also cold. When I went to bite into the chicken sandwich, it was rib meat. It was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant I will never go there again.

My family and I went to Arby's located outside of Philadelphia Mills Mall on 8/19/24 and enjoyed everything. No crowd inside. Quick and efficient service. Not a long wait for food preparation and it was neat, hot and good. Previously, only had milkshakes from Arby's. This time ordered Greek Gyro (Lamb Meat), Bourbon BBQ beef brisket sandwich and Chicken Sandwich #6 on menu with crinkle fries, curly fries, Strawberry Milkshakes and 2 salted caramel chocolate chip cookies. Everything was very good. I forgot to take pics because we enjoyed the meal so much. My family voted curly fry better than crinkle fries. Nothing was overly seasoned. Milkshakes are always thick. The cookies were about $2.15 and they are huge. Only needed one but ordered 2 thinking it would be smaller. Well worth the $ per my son who ordered it and only ate 1 thus far. They are fully packaged so shelf life will last longer. Thanks to Arby's outside of Philadelphia Mills Mall for the wonderful experience. Truly giving competition to these other fast food chains.
They the bacon cheese burgers i ever ate they taste like they are home made n they r big n so juicy dnt know how long they'll have them for but I already went 2 wks in a row to get one I could eat one of them everyday
