2/22/24 11:30am- we haven’t been to Arby’s in many years- came to this location a few months back in the drive thru and we were greeted by a voice on the intercom that yelled, “We only have chicken no beef!” So went today woman on intercom seemed to have no patience for customers that’s don’t know the menu like the back of their hand - and I kindly explained that to her while she tried to adjust the attitude when I pulled around. The food was bland- didn’t taste like it did years ago- I could have spent my $24 down the street at Taco Bell- wasn’t impressed at all- the bun -I guess it was onion- was even more disgusting than the tasteless beef and cheddara

Ive never had a bad experience here although for some reason heard 45 min wa8t for mac n cheese balls but in reality it was 4 or 5 min. Hey it was 930pm and i had a loooong day but everything was piping hot and tated how you would expect but theres not enough mac & cheese balls they need to add more. Its like they know they ws addictive as a drug lol
Haven't really been disappointed here yet. Food has always been hot and freshly made. I just don't like going through the drive-thru and them telling me to come inside to pick it up. They should bring the food to the car if that's the case, that's the whole point of a drive-thru.Kid-friendliness: Kids meal.
