Asad's Hot Chicken

Tried Asad’s in Pottstown for the first time today. The slider was great and that Asad’s sauce, wow!!! Whatever you guys are doing keep it up!

Ordered from here tonight and all I can say is that it was absolutely delicious!!! The sauce was amazing, chicken was crispy but n outside and tender in the inside. We will def order from here again!

Can belive I just spend 60 dollar on 4 loaded fries which I told them clearly I don't want them spicy, guess what i got home starving and when I take the first bite found out it's really spicy, I'm really disappointed, to be honest this can't happen.
I'm allergic to spicy, and actually this meal is costing me more then 60 bucks now.

Slider and loaded fries are definitely a must get here. I finally made it here after a year of not wanting to stand in line for an hour (that's how it usually is here unless you order ahead of time online). The food did not disappoint and I got banana pudding for later. Atmosphere gets 2 stars only because it's outside a gas station.

I can’t rate the food because I never got my dinner. I ordered three meals through GrubHub and when the order came, there was only one when I tried to call Asad to let them know that I did not get two of my meals. I called repeatedly and nobody answered. I kept getting voicemail full. When I contacted GrubHub. They were able to only refund me the cost of the meals, but not the fees and the tip that I had to give I re-ordered.
I waited over an hour to find out that my order was canceled because someone else picked up my food. The fact that I cannot contact Asad’s to try to figure out what this problem is a disgrace. Someone should be able to answer their phones. The first order I believe was wrong because of the way Asad’s printed out the receipt. Did they really think that I was getting one meal for $66? I can also share the multiple times I attempted to call with no answer. If you gave my replacement meal to the wrong driver, you should have made that right. I’m disappointed because I have been a big Asad’s customer.

I love getting asads , they always make me feel welcomed and make my day .

Kid-friendliness: I’m a kid myself , and they’re gentle and help if I stutter or mess up trying so say the order . They’re rlly helpful and i always love when the bag gets in my hands!
