My friend bought bolo baos from here back to me. The dough is huge and the topping barely covers the whole bolo bao, the bao itself is pretty sweet. An authentic bolo bao isn't as doughy with the topping covering the whole surface of the bao.

Stopped in on a Tuesday as my other go to bakeries were closed. Got 3 of the buns. Pineapple, custard, taro. The bread is okay, but the filling amount is very low. Others mention this to me too so seems to be normal. Lots of variety in here, and price is okay.

Nice little Asian bakery, can’t go wrong with their pineapple buns that has various fillings from green beans, red beans, taros and other. Depending on the season and mid Autumn’s festival coming up!

Great bakery in Chinatown that accepts cash and venmo only. They were still pretty well stocked on a Sunday afternoon. We got a few things including sesame ball, pineapple bun, and bbq pork bun. They were all good with some recently made and still warm.They have a good variety. Service is fast so be ready to order as they move quickly to get to the next customer. If you're paying by venmo, they have a QR code to scan.
