Au Bon Pain promised to transition its egg supply to cage-free and now they're failing to update customers on their progress. I'm disappointed that I can no longer patronize this restaurant in good conscience.

Great location, they ran out of 12 veggie soup today and the manager made great effort to accommodate the customers. I come here for lunch all the time the staff is amazing

Horrible experience. I went at 5pm for croissants and there was NOTHING. NO FOOD NO DRINKS STOCKED. The two workers were just sitting on their phone. I didn't even get greeted as I walked in. Their getting paid to do nothing. Once they sell out in the morning they don't make anything throughout the day. They just wanna get paid to sit and chill. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE AND WASTING YOUR TIME. The two workers had an attitude that I was there. I have people who gets mad at doing their job. DONT WORK, IF YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE.

Re-staffing this location would not be a bad idea. The staff there now is rude and I'm constantly disappointed. One staff member got an attitude when I tried to tell her she made my breakfast order incorrectly. And another time I placed an online order well in advance and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes when I got there. I've tried this location several times since I work in the attached building, and I just never have a pleasant experience, so I just won't be returning.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the eggwhites and cheese with fresh avocado on a multigrain roll. The tuna fish didn't like . The chocolate chip cookies are amazing.

Decent coffee with no variety unless you arrive before early afternoon. They don't brew after 2. Ok sandwiches. Good baked goods.
