Hours were wrong. Closed by 7:13PM, not even 8PM.

Not even sure why this location is even open at this point, went in today and the two gentlemen litterally watched everyone walk into the establishment and ignored everyone while they stayed glued to their phone not assisting anyone until me and everyone I walked in with just walked out ?‍♂️

One cashier during morning rush hour?? People don’t have 10 minutes to wait in line. Had to leave my coffee to run for my train. Awful

The cashier was annoyed when I asked if he rung up the special, as the total seemed quite high. He got annoyed and responded harshly "I don't make the prices". And it's only 8.30am. Some people should really not work in customer service. The girls making the sandwiches were pleasant though.

Bought a chocolate croissant and it was very stale. I would suggest going to the Dunkin instead.

The people that served me were really kind. I had the Mediterranean wrap. It was a good mix of red peppers, tomatoes, feta and olives. I really enjoyed it.

It's amazing how a lack of care can turn an entire experience sour.Today I ordered the Mediterranean wrap with and the kalamata olives were not pitted. I didn't know until I was eating it and when I brought it to the employees attention, he did not care, shrugged it off and gave me the what do you want me to do about it stare.I suggested they tell people out post a sign and that suggestion was met with "sometimes they come like that".I expressed that chomping down on a pit was painful and he still didn't care.I guess if I go to my dentist and they find a crack or chip, the bill will just "come like that".Someone should inform this company/location and their employees that half of customer service is care and pits are a choking hazard as well as being a hazard to your teeth.

Every Sunday this place closes 2 hours earlier than advertised. They don't care if the station is packed.

The hoagie was good and fresh. My picky vegan daughter loved they had vegan options. The seating area was a little congested but it's to be expect on a Saturday afternoon. I will be returning!

Weirdest experience ever. Should have realized when I couldn’t open the door that I should try something else. Checkout and ordering was confusing. One guy behind the counter slowly making sandwiches. Empty register off to the side. Ordered the sw chicken and was told they only had one kind of bread which made my $10 sandwich half the size it was supposed to be. Cashier kept disappearing. How is a sandwich place out of bread? Why couldn’t I some how be compensated? Both staff members just stared at me with no sense of welcoming or customer service. Won’t be back here

The asiago bagel was surprisingly good! I'm picky about bagels and don't trust chains like this. Better than dunkin for sure

I got a chicken and avocado wrap and even though I didn't ask for it, they nixed the chicken! I kept eating to see if there was chicken anywhere in the wrap, so unfortunately I don't have a picture because I ate all of it and none of it had chicken :( service was fine though

Came here on a Saturday, when a lot of things aren't open or have less staff, so I wasn't expecting much. Plus, I'm deaf, and in a world of masks, it makes communicating really difficult. I went up to the counter and asked for a latte and a sandwich, and the woman was really nice in trying to convey to me that they weren't making specialty drinks, and kind about the fact that I couldn't hear what she was saying. Then I got to the cashier, and she was trying to ask what name I had given for my sandwich but again, I couldn't hear her, and she made every effort to ask what would help me hear her and made sure I knew I was "blessed" and to not apologize for not being able to hear her. She was so, so kind, which was amazing since I was already stressed out about the train being delayed and figuring out my next steps. Such a kind place of business, and I so appreciate their gestures in helping to be accommodating for my deafness! Thank you!

The coffee is always hot and the food is quite delicious too! Even the people working here are pretty friendly. It's a good place to get lunch in the station.
