Love Auntie Anne’s Pretzels!!! Quick service and Friendly. Located in Terminal B of Philadelphia Airport next to B2

Order was fresh, but a little.pricey. no issues.

Terminal B location. Their pretzel is nowhere like a regular Auntie Anne’s quality. The people here mess up the recipe probably. Old lady at cashier is also unfriendly.

The old lady that takes your order in the front (7/30/23) talks to you like you’re 2. Had to walk away because of her lack of customer service. Extremely rude.

All I wanted to get was a blue raspberry lemonade (not the slushy) but the person couldn’t seem to comprehend that. I pointed at the picture on their menu but the person just shook their head and kept saying that I wanted the slushy because they didn’t have the raspberry lemonade pre-made. If this was too difficult of a task I wouldn’t have swiped my card and just kept going.

First time trying Auntie Anne's and it did not disappoint.Got my order fresh from the oven with a side of a cheese dip.The service was amazing even at 4:30 am.My only comment is that it needs less salt. ( I ordered the nuggets pretzels).Definitely will try something else.Would recommend it.

Update this :Noticed this last time here so try it The pepperoni pretzel. Pretty good flavor, could use more pepperoni though. Maybe make it a pizza pretzel with some sauce,or at least have it on the sideWay better then the cinnamon pretzel got a few weeks ago here ..Got the cup of cinnamon nuggets. First off was stale as all hell, thank God had a coffee( yea ate cause didn't have time to grab something else). Literally had a faint butter taste and faint cinnamon taste. Pretzel factory cinnamon sticks get cinnamon all over the place trying to eat. Never again

I was refused service. Walked up to the counter, a worker was at the cash register. Saw me. I politely greeted him. He turned and walked away. I believe this was a race-based refusal of service. The Philly airport is a disgrace.

had a salted pretzel with cream cheese- pretzel wasn't as hot as I would've liked. The cream cheese made it better.

Very RUDE customer service!

Arrived at the airport terminal B and wanted breakfast. Ordered pretzel roll with sausage egg and cheese with coffee. Staff was friendly and food delicious.
