Honestly I only come here for my bf when I'm in town but Auntie Anne's is so different then it used to be. The pretzels have a different oil taste than in the past that burns easier than in the past. Pretzels are soggy and just lack the flavor they used to. This location had very friendly and nice staff who were very helpful though.

Had a birthday offer, went over to receive & they didn’t accept it & the add only give 9 mins to redeem. So stupid!
Bad attitude, bad customer service
I didn't get my whole order- the 2 ladies working said they didnt have anymore pretzels- but isn't this a pretzel place I asked? They just walked away
Great service and they made my 6 pretzels freah
Customer service is bad. A cashier girl is so rude. So disappointed I want the mini pretzels so bad, but they have nothing. Save your time, go somewhere else!

Worst auntie Annes in South Philly. Customer service is horrible, everyone in there is rude. They have nothing in stock and worst of it is they don't accept the hard earn coupons and rewards. Took a 37 mins trip and I'm very upset. Do not come here unless you're dying and need a pretzel
I usually go there once a week might come on cuz he likes got in that spicy lights are pretzels headed there pretty good
Almond pretzel is my favorite.
