The two teenage girls who work here have no service skills and were holding the line up with a man who they were flirting back and forth with who had already received his order. I've come here before and ordered small cups of pretzels, which are on the menu by the way, and the gilr at the register insisted that they "are not allowed" to sell the small cups. Bring back the older man and young guy who was working there. These new girls are so unprofessional.

This place is horrible. The guy told me to scan my coupon, which was for a free pretzel, and then tells me after I scanned the code that their systems have been down all day. I asked why would you tell me to scan the code if you knew the scanner was down. The guy says "that's life" and tries to help another customer. I asked him what will be done since you're the one that told me to scan it knowing the systems have been down. He said nothing can be done. I do not recommend coming here as I now see other customers have been going through the same thing. The coworker that was there didn't help at all and just stayed silent during the whole thing. Both people need to be fired or just shut this location down if the workers don't want to do their job!

This auntie Annie is the worst. Their system is always “broken” when you try to redeem a coupon they scan it, then tell you it doesn’t work but they already used your coupon so now it can’t be redeemed and they’re just rude about it saying you’ve already “redeemed”the code but they SAW you click on the new customer redeem button. It’s a big scam here don’t give them any business. Go to the one on market and 16th they’re nice workers and everything works fine.
