I stayed at the PHL Marriott on 7/1/25 and was shocked by the drink prices! $21 for a glass of wine? No thanks. We only ordered food (the veggie panini was tasty, though small), and our entire experience at the Aviation Grill took two hours, which is insane. It took more than an hour for our food to come out of the kitchen! I am mainly writing this review to mention our server, Emad, who was EXCELLENT! It appeared that he was the only server on a VERY busy night, and he truly worked his butt off to keep everyone happy. This man deserves a raise and I hope he got some good tips that night because it wasn't his fault that the restaurant hasn't hired enough staff to keep up with the demand. I wasn't sure how many stars to select for the 'Service' at this restaurant, because while Emad was excellent, overall the restaurant needs to do some hiring both in the kitchen and out in the dining area.

Ordered churros to go… came back to room and they are rock hard. You’d think a nice hotel would at least have somewhat decent food… at least a rock with cinnamon sugar on it. Ridiculous

Who ever expects a good meal at an airport restaurant? I certainly don’t, so I was surprised at how good the fish tacos are here. Like legit some of the best fish tacos I’ve in forever. Crispy fresh fish. Super fresh slaw. Nice fresh flour tortillas.
Truffle fries solid too. Asparagus were not overcooked, wow.
Super personable staff.
Expensive, but is what it is.

Nice atmosphere and friendly/attentive waitress.
We ordered the two different hamburgers, a chicken sandwich, and a cheese steak. All were delicious.

Great service, high prices, terrible food.
For a drink I tried the “Long Haul” and it was quite good.
The only dish I would recommend are the wings (with The Kevin sauce). Good size wings, and a nice sauce (not spicy, but had a little kick to it.
The cheesesteak egg rolls were very blah.
The salmon and rice wasn’t good at all. I ate a quarter of it. In fact I’m 99% sure that’s what gave me food poisoning that night.
The steak wasn’t cooked as requested, but the fries that came with it were good though.
I’d say have a drink and maybe the wings, but can’t recommend anything else.

Not sure how anyone would rate this beyond a 2. There isn't a person eating at this restaurant who isn't staying at the hotel (no way anyone would eat here if they went trapped) 26 dollar Ceasar salad with 10 of that being the driest chicken I have ever tried (too dry to eat...) add an 8 dollar Coors light and you have the perfect meal. Stop and have a good meal before you heck in... you will regret it you dont... you have been warned!

The food and atmosphere were good, but the service was slow. I asked for honey mustard but it was forgotten. It is a nice area to wait for an uber after the flight. ✈️

All of the staff that waited on us were very nice. We ordered the appetizer sampler and ceaser salad. Great portions and it was very good!

The food was very good. We had a cheesesteak flatbread, soft pretzels with beer cheese, and dessert. The prices on the other hand are ridiculous. What would cost around $40 in any other restaurant was $70. But you have to remember this is at the airport and you are paying a huge markup for convenience. The service was OK and the server was friendly. It was a little bit too loud in there and dark, but overall a nice place. Especially when you consider that you were at the airport and have no choice but to eat at this establishment.

Food was pretty decent for a hotel bar place. However the service was terrible. The hostess made me feel like I was bothering her by wanting a seat. The waitress completely neglected me. And the food is of course overpriced.

The worst sliders that I've ever had! My colleague and I placed our orders and our orders literally came out within 5 minutes, telling us that our food was not fresh made. The sliders were microwaved patties on hard and stale soft pretzel rolls. Our server is absolutely atrocious and could not be bothered with us. Not once did she check on us or our meals, and when I asked for the bill, she looked at me annoyed and had someone else come to the table.

Do not eat at this restaurant. We sat down as a group of 4 on April 27th at 7pm and obviously ordered our food. The waitress was prompt and took our order right away. Two people received their food and the other two’s food never came out.I spoke to manager and she started telling us that the food was on its way so we waited another 15 min and the food still never arrived. We finally had to get up and leave. The worst service I have ever had and the manager lied to us.Really sad. I guess I’ll fly home hungry.
