a really frustrating experience. I was told by one employee to stand in line to pick it up, which I did. After waiting, I let another employee know I was just there to grab the order and pay for a bottle of water. Instead of helping me or even responding politely, she rudely told me I needed to go somewhere else—basically implying I had to wait in a whole new line again.
There was no consistency in the directions, and the attitude I got was completely unnecessary. I understand if there’s a process, but there’s no reason to be dismissive or rude to someone just trying to do their job. I won’t

A co-worker suggested this place to me . This was my first time eating here and I must say I was pleased with my meal. I ordered a Waffle with turkey bacon well done and scrambled eggs with cheese and a side of home fries.. everything was cooked perfectly! I will definitely be frequenting this establishment.

I called to make a pick up order ignorant woman taking my order said um yeah with an attitude after that I paused she was rude again but I held my composure and continued to order besides I ordered from them plenty of times before so I get it’s busy I work in a fast paced industry as well so before I got my food another woman was sitting waiting on her food and one of the servers advised her very rudely that her food was ready on the counter I said to the woman oh I guess I’m not the only one so I asked the woman at the cash register was she the manager I know she wasn’t she was of Asian decent and she didn’t give a care in the world so as I was advising her that when I called and ordered today they woman that took my order that she was unprofessional and nasty she jumps into the conversation and said I took your order and I advised her she was rude she rebuttals with I wasn’t rude lol manager or whoever she was sis apologize but like a child that like I said didn’t care…good food bad customer service I live around the corner from this establishment they won’t get no money from me again I’ll go around the corner to Chelten ave oh and as I finished my food hair under my home fries !!
