I’ve been coming here for a while now, and every time, the light-skinned girl with the black teeth and blue eyeshadow is so rude and nasty. She happily greets the men and brings them their food, but when it comes to women, she won’t even take orders and has the worst attitude. She’s seriously bad for business y’all need to let her go.

I called to make a pick up order ignorant woman taking my order said um yeah with an attitude after that I paused she was rude again but I held my composure and continued to order besides I ordered from them plenty of times before so I get it’s busy I work in a fast paced industry as well so before I got my food another woman was sitting waiting on her food and one of the servers advised her very rudely that her food was ready on the counter I said to the woman oh I guess I’m not the only one so I asked the woman at the cash register was she the manager I know she wasn’t she was of Asian decent and she didn’t give a care in the world so as I was advising her that when I called and ordered today they woman that took my order that she was unprofessional and nasty she jumps into the conversation and said I took your order and I advised her she was rude she rebuttals with I wasn’t rude lol manager or whoever she was sis apologize but like a child that like I said didn’t care…good food bad customer service I live around the corner from this establishment they won’t get no money from me again I’ll go around the corner to Chelten ave oh and as I finished my food hair under my home fries !!

I visited the restaurant 2wks ago didn't care for my food I told the waitress who had the stinkiest attitude that I didn't like it instead of accommodating me she took the food threw it away and talked about me to the staff I returned on 10/4/2024 the same girl reported to her manager that I entered the place I told her I was there with my daughter I didn't want anything my daughter got upset and left pooooorrrrr customer service

Despicable service unprofessional unorganized whoever handles the order over the phone is very disrespectful and clearly has other things going on while at work than besides doing her job hung up on me I called back still no Service I would say consider another breakfast store but it seems to be the only one there another This place clearly has a bad reputation because the name was changed from B&B to Happy I’m sure the past reputation was even more Horrible

This is how my pancakes looked with the stuff on them as soon as I popped the platter. This is a disgrace. They give customers anything. My pancakes looked like they were dragged on the kitchen floor. I called the restaurant to tell them about the issue they weren’t friendly but offered refund. I wont be eating here for a while. They dont value you as a human being to feed people this.

After ringing up a 40$+ tab I was informed that I have to pay for bags. Sugar for my wife’s tea. Extra for Spenlda/Sweet and low even though I am diabetic. I was made to wait longer because a police whom ordered after me was serviced first.

Not my first negative experience at this establishment but it will be my lash.
