Everything here was so good! But Im so addicted to their oxtail egg rolls. They are a must!!! Their drinks are also very good, hookah was just ok for me because they don't have a big selection in flavors. But still was ok.

I come here pretty much everyday for happy hour. I can understand that happy hour is on the bar but as a loyal customer there were no seats available at the bar. They gave us a table and we could order at the bar for happy hour. Once I order they said I can’t order at the bar for happy hour and take the food food and drinks to the table.”, which I can understand but as a loyal customer who knows me, my friends and family and spent a lot of money i felt that my business I can take it some elsewhere. I know the bartenders, staff and hostesses but feel belittled is not an option.. Thank you for your business.

Yesterday 7/25/25 myself and 2 of my friends went for happy hour. Well we sat outside to finish up our last drink and we were told we couldn’t sit outside because of the rain. It was not raining and it didn’t rain. So we got up and went back inside. While we were sitting at the high top table we saw another lady out there and they made her come inside as well. Again it was NOT RAINING. So I looked outside again and there was a couple 2 females sitting outside they allowed them to sit eat and drink out there. So addressed the issue with I guess he was the manager, I asked him why couldn’t we sit outdoors like the two ladies are. He said because of the rain, he even tried to show me the weather forecast on his phone. I said but those ladies are sitting outside!!! I’m never ever coming back to this establishment again. I frequently come to Būccann I love the appetizers and the drinks. I never expected to be treated like this. There was also a group of ladies about 4 of them they didn’t let them sit outside either! I’m very disappointed! AGAIN, I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE OF THIS PLACE AGAIN. I’m a woman of color, and so were the other people they would not allow to sit outside. The 2 females that were allowed to sit outside were not they were of Hispanic descent. I will be stopping in to speak with the owner or manager. I will voice my opinion!!! THE OUTDOOR DINING IS NOT FOR EVERYONE!

it my opinion it was not that busy and serves were very slow to our table waited about 15 mins to finally get to us and on top of that had to constantly repeat to them what i ordered and wanted. service was just very slow didn't come to check on us at all. food was okay though, they advertised themself as a dominican restaurant but it's more Colombian. music was good not too loud not to quite.

The experience at Buccann was excellent. The food 10/10, service 10/10, ambiance 10/10. Everyone was very attentive and ensured we were good throughout the night. I will definitely be back.

Love the food here but it’s overly expensive. I ate here with my sisters (2) and our total Came up to almost $300 because they claimed that my newborn made us a party of 4 therefore we got taxed for a big party. My newborn who is very young can’t even eat! Why am I being charged for bringing her?! The greed here is disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
