I had bought nem bò when I visited Philly for July 4th weekend. They said it would ready to eat by Monday night. Tuesday morning, it got moldy. I called them back to complain. They said just send pictures of product and transaction and they would take care of. 1 week after, I haven't heard about them.

Drink in photo below was spiked didn’t think it was actually spiked at first so I took a few more sips but then I took a breathalyzer and showed that there was 100% alcohol in the drink.
It's not for everyone. Mostly because it's in a busy part of Washington Ave.
I would recommend ordering or taking a bus or uber there. It is packed in the lot alllllll the time. So plan accordingly.
Food, drinks, bakery, deserts, etc Mostly in house and absolutely amazing. Give it a shot and order first before trying to drive there. Great place.
