The food was actually terrible for the price I paid, $8.50 for a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel is ludicrous. Skimped out on all of the ingredients and it most likely costed maybe a $1 to make it. Absolutely ridiculous. Walk yourself to the food trucks right next to them and save yourself some money.

I wish I could give this amazing establishment 6 stars!!! The Pumpkin Cream Cheese is the best thing I’ve ever had in my life. And don’t even get me started on the Taylor Ham and Cheese sandwich!! The iced coffee is easily better than Starbucks!!! The owner and all of the staff are so amazing and friendly! I don’t know what I’m going to do when I am not at Temple anymore to go to Bagel Hut! I ? !!!

Had a pleasant experience, only reason why I docked stars is because I was charged twice. I had ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel, and paid. #84 and was called back to the window and the young lady stated that they had a “connection” error with my payment but was charged again. I mentioned it, and she said there’s nothing she can do because of the error, so what was a $7.84 breakfast sandwich was actually a $15.68 breakfast sandwich..better off paying cash.

Their food is okay for a bagel place, i never leave reviews for places but i am now because of the constant change in price. Usually I’ll get a bacon egg and cheese for $7 but they upped their price to $9 which would normally be okay, i mean i get the challenges for local business especially in this time, but when i ordered it the past two times they’ve said $9 and its charged $12 on my card. $12 for a bagel is kinda ridiculous just saying

So sad to be writing this because Bagel Hut was my fav breakfast spot freshman year (2020 before they rebuilt) but the quality of the food has regressed so badly. I got really sick after getting an egg + cheese sandwich from here like a year ago & resolved to never come back but my roommate wanted to get food from here yesterday so I obliged and was reminded of why I stopped coming here in the first place. The sandwich was superrrr dry; there was just one measly slice of cheese on the very bottom of my sandwich. The egg & sausage had no hint of flavor & neither did the French Toast bagel I got my sandwich on. I also got hashbrowns on my sandwich—which was a waste of money because the potatoes were flavorless and fell out of my sandwich almost immediately. Overall I regret not just going to a food truck or even Old Nelson for bfast and I wouldn’t recommend the food here :-( service was good tho!
The customer service is horrendous and many of the workers need to be fired! First of all the prices are way to high and then the service is bad that’s a double whammy! $1.50 for a small container of cream cheese is crazy and then this white guy kept telling me $1.50 when I was trying to take a picture of the menu like I didn’t just say give me a second like three times. Is your hearing impaired or something! Uhhh get a whole new team because that’s ridiculous!!!
