They messed up my meat the first time. Said I’ll give it another try. Literally get the breakfast burrito and there is no hash browns on it. Who knows what else is messed up with it. Waited longer than 4-5 other customers who arrived after. Just super lame to pay extra for stuff you don’t even receive .

I have had okay experiences getting bagels from here before, although I have been disappointed about the amount of meat they put on a bagel sandwich (especially considering it is not cheap).
I recently tried to order online and you HAVE to make an account to check out and can’t order over the phone. So sick and tired of food places making you submit to endless marketing emails just to place an order.

The bagels are massive huge. they are good enough to eat untoasted. a lot of sweet options cream cheese

Great bagels, had an exceptionally good bacon egg and cheese here.
Disappointed with my visit to this bagel shop. I saw an older man cooking and handling food without gloves, which is a big hygiene concern. On top of that, I waited 30 minutes for a simple bacon egg n cheese. Not worth the time or risk. 👎

Food is decent, but they forget part of your order at least 50% of the time (for both in-person and take out ordering) and they will fix/refund it 0% of the time. If you can tolerate that as the extra cost of ordering from here, then go for it.

Sat inside to eat a bagel I just purchased and I saw a mouse/rat idk run across the dining area! NEVER AGAIN!!! Threw out my bagel immediately.
