Great bagels, had an exceptionally good bacon egg and cheese here.
Place is the best
Disappointed with my visit to this bagel shop. I saw an older man cooking and handling food without gloves, which is a big hygiene concern. On top of that, I waited 30 minutes for a simple bacon egg n cheese. Not worth the time or risk. 👎
Food is decent, but they forget part of your order at least 50% of the time (for both in-person and take out ordering) and they will fix/refund it 0% of the time. If you can tolerate that as the extra cost of ordering from here, then go for it.
asked for egg white, vegan cheese, and spinach on my bagel sandwich and nothing is on it but vegan cheese.
Sat inside to eat a bagel I just purchased and I saw a mouse/rat idk run across the dining area! NEVER AGAIN!!! Threw out my bagel immediately.
Everything was great!!
Spent $12 on a bagel with a single slice of cheese and a single slice of pork roll. Usually not one to complain but I couldn’t bite my tongue. I Immediately asked for a refund and was refused. Completely unacceptable to serve this for $12.
10/10 ! I got the hangover breakfast , coffee, bagel , hash brown, Gatorade . And for $20 total it was great ! Great customer service and really good food/coffee!

I was looking forward to trying this place for a long time, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience. They play music too loud in there for them to properly hear customer orders. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel and a special "smores" drink that they had for a limited time. The cashier asked me if that was all and I said, yes, that was all. It wasn't until I took a look at the receipt that I realized my drink was not on there. It turned out that he did not hear my drink order, so I had to order the drink separately.
The drink was listed on the menu for around $6 but it turned out that the price listed on the menu was wrong, so I ended up paying more than $7 for it. By the way, it tasted nothing like smores. There also weren't any tables to sit down at to eat in there, just a counter. I could have spent less money at Dunkin' Donuts and gotten better service and better food. I won't be coming here again.

The breakfast burrito is the move. This place is great, staff super friendly.
takes them 30 minutes to make a bagel
So we know Glu hospitality is not known for their food but it’s hard to mess up a bagel spot.
Their bagels are actually good but execution of both the food & business are horrible. I’ll let the photo speak for itself. Just a sad breakfast sandwich with one lone piece of pork roll and not even Taylor , it’s the cheap thick kind.
I always try to give them another chance but they always mess up some component, take foorrevverrr even when slow and every cashier person looks like they are going to shank you for asking for your bagel to be toasted.
If you want a breakfast sandwich, go down the block to 3j’s which is always on point & super friendly.
