The woman that set up, the breakfast catering was very nice and delivery was on time! In my opinion there were not enough serving supplies included. Like we planned on everyone having like a bagel or a half a bagel. There were enough for exactly the amount of bagels provided but not enough for like counting people that are only gonna have a half. Also, there was like an exact amount of cutlery for the parfaits. 9.5/10 will use again. Thsnk youuu!

Gave ubereats the wrong order and then made me cancel it and blame the delivery person because “two people were named Margaret”
The bagel was good could use a bit more salt. I got a breakfast sandwich and it came up to $14 which is a bit expensive. also there is a seating area but there’s no plates. I was given my food and had to go back and when asked for a plate, the employee said they didn’t have any. The employee was very helpful though and searched. A plus is there is a wide assortment of bagels and cream cheeses.

This was my first experience at bagels & co & was very excited to try the bagels. Between me and my friend & our kids we got 2 bagels with cream cheese, 4 hash browns, 2 orders of French toast sticks , croissant breakfast sandwich & an iced matcha. Overall the food was good, especially the hash browns & sticks. On the other hand the cashier Cindy was not welcoming… she had an attitude when we ordered more food & I asked her originally to make my matcha sweet & she only put matcha, strawberry & and milk. She just didn’t make us feel like we belong & we just left the store with our food & ate in the car. I don’t know if we will revisit but the store itself is nice with a good variety. The manager stated that we never know if someone is having a bad day & could always revisit another store….

Got delivery… did not toast my bagel as requested . Sandwich was ok, but my latte was horrible. Burnt coffee and didn’t include the syrup I paid extra for. Order from Fishtown Bagels instead. Much better than this place.

I had a very pleasant experience, stopping by here in Fishtown. The bagel itself was great and the cream cheese was even better, the coffee was also pretty decent and the woman working was very friendly. I probably wouldn’t have sat and stayed because it’s a bit small, but top quality bagels.

I was really disappointed with my experience here today! I wanted basically an avocado toast on a bagel, and asked for just half of the bagel because I cannot finish it.. and for some reason the cook found it hilarious. Never heard of an open face bagel? “Avocado toast”? Not sure what was so funny and she was obnoxiously loud saying “it’s so weird.” I let it slide the first time and then another person went into the kitchen and she started laughing again talking about “half a bagel how weird” and being so loud. I’m never coming to this location again! To make a customer feel uncomfortable over something they asked for? What’s it to you are you eating it? I almost walked out if I hadn’t already paid for the damn bagel. 1/10 experience never again. Go to the bagel and co on 2nd. There you’ll see POC and the staff are extremely kind. Won’t ever laugh in your face for an order..

$2.50 for cream cheese???? First time last time customer. Your sign say plain bagel w/ cream $2.75. Cashier said they trick you with sign! Very wrong and deceiving
This review is late, and about my experiences back in September. The woman who works up front (I wish I had her name) is wonderful. My first visit in they were closing so I was going to leave but she kindly helped me get something (thoughtful). And the cream cheese is to die for oh my goodness... second time was a couple days later I popped in with my baby niece but they were closing again (my bad). I said oh no worries, but she was so nice once again! She did not have to be but she was. The bagels are fantastic and so fresh. I promise that next time I am in town I will go bright and early and be respectful of their hours. I own my own business in New York and so I really appreciate and respect open and closing hours. They were just so kind. The bagels and cream cheese (take your pick they are all good) are top notch. They have flavored cream cheeses that are out of this world. Thank you guys I can't wait to come back.

I had a terrible experience when I ordered catering through DoorDash from this place. The order was placed two days in advance, yet it was still late and incomplete, and they charged me the full amount. When I called to address the issue, they were incredibly rude and unprofessional, blaming me for using DoorDash to place the catering order—even though they offer a catering option on DoorDash. If they don’t want customers using DoorDash for catering, they shouldn’t make it available there. Avoid this place if you’re looking for reliable service and professionalism.
