I do not have enough words to describe how perfect our wedding day was. Finley knows what they are doing. The food was amazing and copious, Ott had everything running smoothly (and is as incredible as everyone says), Denise made sure that we were well taken care of the entire night, and the space was just beautiful. Our daughter married last November at the beautiful St. Augustine church with reception to follow at the Ballroom At the Ben. Ott and his team coordinated the reception with professionalism, grace, and personal touches. The food was very good; the venue is spectacular. We have lost count of how many guests commented then and since that the wedding was the best they had ever attended.
We got married here in September and it was beautiful! The people working there Daria, Ott, Josh, and Irish Mike are the best in the business, they made the day run seamlessly. Feedback from our guests: The room was gorgeous, they loved the two bars making it easy to get drinks, Cocktail hour is the best they ever had, the staff was attentive, spacious, and one of the best wedding they have ever been too!
