My husband usually orders from here, and it’s usually great, however I ordered today and wasn’t too impressed. I said a Philly cheesesteak with everything on it and I got this just onions, usually when my husband orders it’s onions, pickles, peppers etc.I will give them another shot I’m not from Philly so maybe I placed the order wrong.

Sorry to say they like to steal from customers. 3rd time I place an order over the phone to pick up; when I go get the food the bill is magically 10 dollars more, when asked why, they always blame the one who took the order who happens not to be there, to make matters worst I asked to see the menu to check prices and they answer with there is no menus available.It's a shame, we have order from them for years since is a local business.We wish them luck! , No more.

I've been a loyal customer from the beginning. But to take my money and don't deliver my freaking food it's disrespectful. If the lady in the store would take her freaking time maybe I would have my food. I ordered at 10 just to call hour and a half later to NOT have my food. I called the store and it's closed. I had to call ballys 2 to get an answer from the great manager. However tomorrow morning I need my money ? refunded yall just LOSt a loyal customer. Imagine working a 13hour shift and finally order food to eat just to be told their CLOSED. IM FLOCKING DONE!!!!! I'm too MAD & HUNGRY TO WRITE. MY DOLLARS ARE NOT WORTH IT TO YALL
