Me and my family have been ordering from Bally's for a few years now and we've noticed it started going downhill the people were rude and everything but since this new guy's taking over and he's been there good year almost I've noticed 100% change in the way it was before the food is better the people are better some of them delivery guys need some work but overall it's 100% better and it doesn't bother me to go in there now and he seems to go out his way to make sure his customers are satisfied I like this new guy he's okay sorry I don't know his name
Delicious food, service was typical for a restaurant. The young lady had me on hold for over eight minutes. Other than that, when she did it on the phone, she was very efficient. All of our food came quickly and was right. I would definitely recommend.
We wanted to try a new place and unfortunately this place was disappointing. We ordered a chicken cheese steak and it was so dry. The chicken was dry, but the bag and paper it was wrapped in was wet. The Buffalo chicken fries were very disappointing. They tasted as if they were made first and just sat there. More dry chicken on the fries. Last but not least, the chicken tenders, were great, surprisingly. They did not reheat well but initially they were great. The order took a long time to arrive. 4-5 minutes away and I was told 40 minutes and it took almost 80 minutes. The bag was extremely wet and handed to me on its side. Very disappointing!

Ballys food is delicious, but their prices are significantly higher than the other neighborhood pizza shops. I can understand $1-1.50 more, but they are $6.00 more on alot of items. Although I love their food, I refuse to pay that much more.

I'm a frequent patron of Balley's Pizza in the west oak lane area, they have a wide variety of menu options the Mother and Son ownership duo really treat you like family along with the rest of there hard working team. They also sell the world's best Mozzarella cheese fries along with the softest rolls on there scrumptious chicken cheese steak so if you're in the area or if you just want something good for your palette then I truly advise you to head on over to Balley's or check out there menu and enjoy ?

First the answer the phone with no proper training or know how to speak on the phone… I ordered I chicken platter $17 I don’t know why it’s so high I was going to still get it then they call be back minutes later oh yea we out of chicken fingers… I’m good off them!

I just had a wonderful double cheeseburger with everything on it from Bally Pizza,and it was Definitely & Absolutely Delightful Delectably Delicious indeed.However,I noticed that this burger was wrapped in wrapping from "Chickies & Pete's"..I'm still trying to figure that out.
BBQ sauce was some of the best I’ve tasted. To have traveled the chicken fingers were pretty good - not soggy at all and good quality. They must use good oil you’ll know when you smell them. The steak had quality meat, not a lot but it was quality and roll was nice and soft. I enjoyed and will go back

Fries were burnt and looked like the little pieces from the end of the bag. Asked for salt , pepper, and ketchup on fries and they didn't put anything on them. Burger was on bun almost twice the size of the burger.
