Great Babka!
Cheese babka was stale, hard and tasted as if it had been previously frozen and defrosted. It also was without noticeable cheese. The rugglach was mediocre at best- very “pasty”.I think if you’re not a local, they give you the old stuff. Sure tasted that way.
Best Polish bakery around. They did have some french pastries.Babka was no more than 5 hours out of the oven - unbelievably fresh. Chrusciki - same- really fresh, light and tasty. We'll be back for sure.
Very tasty babka . Every thing I have ever gotten here is fresh.
Top notch. There are few bakeries where you can get things that aren’t gimmicky or too sweet. Here, you can taste the flavors of Northeastern Europe. Honey, dates, apricot, black currant, dark chocolate, walnuts… all in synergy. A palette of delicate and beautiful pastries. It doesn’t get any better than this.
This place is a hidden gem, if you're in the area you NEED to try at least some paczki. Their other stuff is wonderful as well and the prices are very fair.
Kind of empty but yummie donuts and pleasant staff.
Good rye bread, cheese babka and apple cake.

This is my go to for Cheese Babka and Rye Bread, however, they sell much more fresh baked
Try a little bit of everything, great Polish bakery & very affordable
Baltic Bakery offers a modest selection of freshly baked bread and pastries. The rye bread was so fresh that it was still too warm to slice at 9 am. The prune filled donuts had the right balance of filling to pastry. I found the poppy seed roll a little dry. The box of hrust had a generous quantity. The only negative is the lack of variety.
Truly a hidden gem, Baltic Bakery never disappoints. Each and every baked good I’ve purchased from this place has been phenomenal. You can taste the old world essence of Poland in each and every bite, and the prices are more than affordable. Nothing is ever “too sweet” as most Americanized pastries are. The flavor profiles are always on point, and balanced. Give them a try!
Baltic Bakery is truly one of a kind! To see what I mean you must experience their delectable pastries and baked goods yourself, in order to appreciate them. Definitely 5 stars.
