I have been to many Bambus in various states. This place has horrible quality (chalky tapioca) and half filled drinks.

Great coffee, but very expensive. Expect to pay close to 9 bucks for a larg coffee. People are very nice there, though you will experience the worst drivers humanity has to offer in the parking lot.

Please check your receipt. Order the regular one and they charge with the large price! When I ask the cashier she said sugar tax. Like I know the difference and she ignored me like I’m stupid. Will never come back. Order regular No 3 for $9.5 is outrageous!

Bambu is a great spot if you’re in the mood for a Vietnamese dessert or boba! Customer service can be hit or miss on occasions, but bambu has been fairly consistent over the years

I have always loved Bambu, but this was my first time at this location and I was disappointed with the service. I originally wanted a black chai milk tea which was available on the menu behind the counter, but when I tried, the worker said “We don’t do that. We don’t follow the menu.” What does that even mean? I ended up ordering a chai latte instead since she was kind of pushy and wouldn’t let me look at the menu for something else. My drink was still quite good, so that’s what makes this visit redeemable. Another thing that bothered me is that they don’t accept rewards like other locations do? My advice is to go to a nearby & different beverage establishment no matter how badly you are craving Bambu

The drinks were more expensive than any other, and the quantity was less than any other. Even without ice, the avocado was less than half a cup, and the waiter told me that they only had so much quantity. I will not continue to spend money here!
