The quality of the drinks is up to par but their cashier is very rude and impolite. I've seen her act abrasive to other customers too for no obvious reasons. This happened on more than more than one occasion. Will no longer be supporting this business.

Who is my favorite bubble tea place in Philadelphia. They provide you with a wide variety of drinks and Boba options. They also have great customer service and are very attentive to their patrons. Every time I’m in South Philly. I feel the need to stop by and support these small businesses. Highly recommend.

I ordered a Large #6 which should be $9 as shown on the menu on the board. I was charged $11 something so I was curious - the receipt said $10.61 I asked the lady - she said Large is $10 and the $.61 is for sugar tax… I think they’re just randomly charging as shown on my receipt.. I didn’t order yogurt pop or was it in my drink. This place has gotten so expensive it’s ridiculous for everything that’s premade. It’s mostly just coconut milk too, not much else in the drink. I don’t think I’ll come back

I have been to many Bambus in various states. This place has horrible quality (chalky tapioca) and half filled drinks.
Great coffee, but very expensive. Expect to pay close to 9 bucks for a larg coffee. People are very nice there, though you will experience the worst drivers humanity has to offer in the parking lot.

Please check your receipt. Order the regular one and they charge with the large price! When I ask the cashier she said sugar tax. Like I know the difference and she ignored me like I’m stupid. Will never come back. Order regular No 3 for $9.5 is outrageous!

Bambu is a great spot if you’re in the mood for a Vietnamese dessert or boba! Customer service can be hit or miss on occasions, but bambu has been fairly consistent over the years
