Bad customer service, I just came on Saturday at 1:45pm and the cashier raised her voice and gave me a bad attitude even though I was so nice to her. When I was waiting there were an elder man wanted to order something and she did the same thing, raised her voice so loud and talked to him disrespectfully. I love Bambu drink but that kind of customer service is unacceptable, never come back if she’s still there.

Cute Vietnamese Chè dessert shop in a shopping plaza in Philly! These aren't your traditional Chinese/Taiwanese boba! They have many coconut based desserts with a variety of jellies!!! I had a coconut milk dessert with 3 types of jelly, including grass jelly, red boba and pandan jelly - The Bambu Favorite. The coconut milk was very sweet, especially with 3 different types of jelly. I liked the pandan jelly the best. The ice in the drink helped with the sweetness and diluted the sugar. Surprisingly, most of the menu is dairy free, which is great for my lactose intolerant friends!! The service was quick and friendly. I did not have to wait for a long time at all. I've never had this combination of dessert, but I'm looking to try more out!! Tldr food 3.5/5 service 4/5 ambiance 4/5

I was at the store this morning. Local at Washington of Philadelphia. I ordered 6 boxes of waffles over the phone when I got to the store it was still not ready yet. Then I ordered a drink. I have a reward for the free drink. The cashier said, "We are no longer able to redeem the reward". Why do you promote the reward but are not able to use it when trying to redeem??? Cashier asked to contacted the boss and the boss doesn't even answer their phone!

202309There are many kinds of drinks/ice/desserts. You can open the lid and scoop it out with a spoon. There are many ingredients and they are delicious.

Wow. Just wow. I am floored by the speediness of the service here. Granted it wasn't busy when I walked in, this encounter was still by far the quickest I ever had in getting my drink order. Heck, I didn't even have time to sit before it was ready. If Jimmy John ever opens a che spot, this would be the equivalent of their speediness in service. I ordered the Bambu Favorite and Awesome Trio, and both were amazingly delicious. There's plenty of parking on the day I went, so I'm happy to say that I'll definitely be back gain soon.

Cup size gotten way smaller and price went up. Not the same great taste like before. Not worth the commute and money.

I ordered number 27, “ Nước Rau Má Dừa Tươi “. I expected they have a couple of coconut skins with this penny-worth drink. To my disappointment, there is only one small piece of coconut and a lot of diluted Pennyworth water. The drink is a little more expensive and not as good as before.

This is my must stop every time I am in South Philly and I always get the same two drinks, Bambu Special & the Mangonada. I can't be enough of these two. The Bambu special is light and refreshing, so perfect on a hot day. Meanwhile, the Mangonada is sweet and slightly spicy, such a great combo. The space is small, but has a few tables and service is always friendly.

Always come back for the Thai tea and the bambú special #1. Nice staff. It locates at a busy plaza but I am always able to find a parking spot.

Employee was very friendly but the drink is not as good as it was before. I ordered the Bambu special #1 which suppose to come with coconut water but it tasted so diluted...i couldn't even taste the coconut water in my drink. I ended up going up the Asian market to buy a frozen coconut water to add into my drunk y cuz i can't let my $9 drink go wasted...i hope it'll be better next time when i go back again but it won't be anytime soon..

I love chè as they are so delicious, with fresh ingredients like creamy coconut milk and fresh coconut as well as not being too sweet. The flavour is just right. The boba is fresh and just the right texture. I've been enjoying going to Bambū for years. There are so many delicious combinations of chè to choose from and their Vientamese coffee, and teas like Oolong and the fruit drinks(mango, lychee) are delicious as well.
