Ordered from uber eats; curry chicken noodle soup and Indian pancake. The Indian pancake is how I would like it, soft and some crispy bits in nice curry dipping sauce. The curry chicken noodle soup I wouldn’t order again bc the soup was way too salty. It’s difficult to finish the entire dish. The chicken was probably breast bc it doesn’t taste as tender as how I would like it. Noodles were a bit soggy- not as al dente as I would like it.

The service was very poor, and a female staff member had a very bad attitude.

Great food and friendly staff.
We had a group dinner with 25 people. They offered a family style menu for $40. It was not only a lot of food, but also very well prepared. The staff was friendly and they kept that food coming!
Vegetarian options: They hosted a dinner party of 25. There were a substantial number of vegetarians. They were absolutely happy and stuffed at the end of the night.

The food here was amazing 100/100 I loved every single dish I tried from the started to the dessert. The fried ice cream is a must try, the batter is scrumptious and every single one. The only thing is it was extremely loud so loud because there was a birthday happening.

First time visiting Banana Leaf. I tried their Pad Thai for lunch and it was pretty good. Enjoyed the flavor of the sauce. My only issue was the shrimp wasnt gutted out completely. However, still good experience. Roti was good too.

Anything but an authentic Malaysian cuisine! Absolutely poor food...head to Penang, if you are looking for better Malaysian cuisine. Extremely disappointed with quality and quantity. Pretty sub par taste. Never again!
10/10 food. Chicken satay was the best

One of the best Malaysian food in Philly! The food tasted authentic, well-balanced and rich in flavor. The roti Canai was amazingly soft and light weight. The chicken curry and rice reminded me of home cooking. We tried a bunch of dishes and nothing disappointed us. The only thing I wouldn't reorder is satay, which wasn't bad or anything, just not as excellent as others.
The star of the show was mango salad and hibiscus tea. I am not kidding when I say that's one of the best hibiscus tea I have had. Smooth, not overtly acidic or sour and so affordable! And that mango salad was mind-blowing! I ordered that on a whim and it was my favorite.
People were friendly, service was pretty good and the restaurant maintains a good ambience.
Kid-friendliness: Pretty kid friendly! I went on Halloween and the restaurant staff/owners were treating all the kids.
