Had fun, the food was ok, the dj was very entertaining, the bartender had excellent customer service, and security was very professional. Wasn't a fan of the Friday night cover charge at almost a half hour before closing, though.
I went here for the first time on Friday.... I had a great time! Good neighbor bar, the dj played a great mix of music (old school and new music), and the place was crowded with people. I didn't get a chance to try the food on Friday because I ordered too late. I decided to go back again on Saturday, and I took two additional people who had never been. We ordered Strawberry Henny drink (which I had Friday and loved), and I got a chance to try the food (fried shrimp platter...
One of my fave hood bars. Food is absolutely delicious. Definitely go check them out. It ain’t for everyone but if you love good music live dj, drinks, great food and ain’t scared to travel in the hood go stop in you won’t regret it. They also do hookah if you like.
