Well, let’s start off with the fact that the food here is amazing, so far, every single time I’ve eaten the ramen here with my girlfriend, we both were in for an amazing treat, the ramen is delicious and the broth is flavorful, and we also have gotten onigiri and spam masubi, both of which were also delicious, and the place and atmosphere are very cute and very cozy, not only that, the service here is often very friendly and sweet and welcoming, and they seem to really care...
I recently visited this restaurant yesterday to order takeout and unfortunately witnessed something that really left a bad impression. I saw a customer was patiently waiting for a charge discrepancy to be resolved by an employee and when the manager approached the situation, she was extremely rude and hostile. The customer remained calm and respectful, yet the manager’s tone and attitude were unnecessarily aggressive and impolite.

The location is a little hard to spot. But the food is really good. Decent selection and the boba tea is unexpectedly good. I tried roast pork bao and ramein. It is up to my stardard. Overall good experience will definitely come back.
