Not too far from our hotel, the hilton garden inn. Good location & atmosphere. A bit small & tight. Good tasty dishes, limited menu & wine list. Attentive service and average value. No wait time since we had a reservation and it was a cold Sunday evening. Try not to sit where the tables are just next to the stools facing the line cooks, because every time you turn your head towards the cooking area you'll be looking at the butts/rears of the other patrons sitting...
The food and ambiance is amazing and drinks are reasonably priced. I wasn't aware that happy hour was only at the bar or outside until we got there so that was a bit disappointing. The sangria was outstanding and I got the paccheri pasta dish which was delicious. I can't remember the name of the other pasta dish but it had pine nuts and was very bland. I wouldn't recommend getting that one. Overall pretty solid date night spot at a reasonable price.
Barbuzzo is one of our favorites. The food is consistently delicious. I always find a number of options to meet my pescatarian diet. The service is warm, efficient, and professional. The ambience feels like a neighborhood “spot,” but we always feel welcome.
