Stopped by Barrel Splitters for the first time today and had a very nice experience. The inside is spacious and clean and has a variety of games like darts and corn hole. They have a diverse draft list with about 16 beers and also offer a handful of cocktails. They also have flights, which I love, so you can try a handful of beers if you can’t decide. I ultimately went with their cherry sour which was well-balanced—fruity without being overly tart. They offer pretzels and other snacks and have a food truck in the parking lot where you can order heavier food. Overall nice environment with a great variety of quality beer.

Worst service ever. Went to the Brooklyn bowl for a show popped over for some drinks before hand. Ordered appetizers on phone and came out fast. No plates no napkins or silverware was served with our food. Several employees walked by the table with no acknowledgement. I finally flagged a employee and asked. She came over with 2 plates and 2 napkins. I ordered wings had 4 people in our party. Employee did recognize this and eventually fixed the issue without being addressed. Left half the food on the table to make showtime. Three pages of IPA and no other styles of beer. Came down from the suburbs to see a show , wanted to treat ourselves to good eats ad drinks. Willing splurge and spend some money but this kind of service makes it hard. I also hate waste and half our order was wasted. Same thing next door inside Brooklyn bowl. Absolutely no selection of drinks and long lines with horrible service. Again, this was a night to get out and spend some cash for some fun, but extremely hard to do so.

Friendly staff and good beers

Facts Matter

For a place that makes their own beer.Shouldn't you have multiple refrigerators with the take out beer that you make?I was confused when I walked in there the first time and then $18 for a 6-pack.Come on, guys. You could be making so much more money in that place.Trust me

Cool atmosphere and great tasting beer! Bartender was super friendly. It was quiet during our visit but seems a great spot to hang out with friends, play some games while sipping on a great pour! Highly recommend

This was our first time visiting and will be back. The beer was delicious, with a good variety of styles, ABV and pricing. The bartender, Robert, was super helpful in chosing beers for my flights and 16 oz after. We discussed flavor profiles. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because this brewery advertises themselves as family friendly but there are no changing tables.

Great place and staff. Bartender Patrick showed a passion and knowledge about all the brews. Beer was very good overall especially the altbier and Scottish ale. Tucked away place with tons of space. Highly recommend!

Cool spot right off 63. They have outdoor space too. Will be back!

Stopped in for a few last night and not only found some of the best beers I’ve ever had, but also met maybe the coolest bartender ever. (This coming from a lifelong bartender). I’d recommend this place any time, but especially Wednesday and Thursdays, when Mike is there.

Here at 2:20pm and the door isn't open. So hours of operation are dependent?

Great little brewery! Good beers in a small but awesome setting. If you're looking for a place that isn't crowded but has good beers, I definitely recommend checking this place out. They also have a food truck outside. I recommend the Scottish ale and the blood reign
