Came in to drive-through ordered two hot lattes with sugar they charge me just for one and told me that I didn’t order the second one. Also one of my late was cold. Girl who was charging me for my order was so rude. They charge me for my second late. Girl who gave me the second cup of coffee she spilled coffee foam on my cover and told me to clean up by myself. Employees were wearing their winter jacket instead of uniform.???????????????

What a joke. Had a cake made and when I went to pick it up, they made me wait 10 minutes because they wanted to take a picture of it. How unprofessional! Employees and manager were very rude. Made a complaint to Baskin Robbins and that went no where. Very unsatisfied and will never return.

Had them write happy birthday on it and the name was spelled wrong. The writing was terrible and messy.
Employee in the Baskin Robbins came to the door and locked it at 9:52 when posted hours are until 11:00.
